Road access to the local plan area must be from Gedebakkevej. Access to individual plots must be from designated road and path layouts. Roads must be at least 3.5m wide and gravel-surfaced. Paths must be footpaths or gravel-surfaced. Public access to the coast via Gedebakkevej will be maintained.
