The area's natural and landscape character must be maintained, including preserving all tree planting within 10 meters of the boundary towards Langebjergvej. The overall planting character of the area must be upheld. Terraces and other outdoor living areas (opholdsarealer) are restricted to the remaining space within each building plot, maximizing unpaved areas for nature. Visible surfaces on raised outdoor living areas must be made of wood. Terracing is limited to +/- 0.3 meters.
